Our services
We provide external tracking and analytics services for marketing agencies, including server-side tracking, first-party data collection, consent configuration, AI-ready datasets and tracking monitoring. The free tracking audit is a no-obligation assessment.
Quotes and pricing
Our services are delivered on a quote basis; pricing depends on scope and is agreed in writing before work starts. All prices are in euros (EUR) and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We do not take payments through this website.
Invoicing and payment
We invoice for agreed work through our billing provider, Mollie. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, in euros.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us timely and accurate access and information, for example to the relevant accounts and platforms, and for having the right to grant that access.
Deliverables and results
We work to a high standard, but the amount of recovered tracking or data depends on each account’s setup and traffic. Any figures on this website are illustrative and are not a guarantee of a specific result.
Data protection
When we process personal data on your behalf, we do so as a processor under a separate data processing agreement. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy policy.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Each party keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. Configurations and documentation we deliver are licensed to you for your and your clients’ use once invoices are paid; we keep our general know-how and reusable methods.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands district where we are established. Questions about these terms? Email data@archon-labs.com.
