Monitoring

Know it broke before your client does.

Archon Alert is statistical monitoring for marketing agencies that watches traffic, conversions and funnels, and flags tracking issues before they surface in a client’s report.

The problem

Tracking breaks quietly, then loudly.

A tag gets edited, a consent setting changes, a deploy ships, and conversions stop flowing. Nothing errors. The dashboard just drifts.

The client notices the dip in their own report before the agency does. That is the one conversation every agency dreads, and it is entirely avoidable.

One conversion line over three months with two drops of the same size. The first is a seasonal dip that recovers within days, and it crosses a fixed threshold so the alert fires on it. The second is a real break that never recovers, and because it stays above the same threshold no alert fires at all.

How it works

Three steps, no mystery.

01

Learn the baseline

We model normal traffic, conversion and funnel behavior per client.

02

Detect real anomalies

Statistical detection catches genuine breaks, not noisy thresholds.

03

Alert on what matters

You hear about the problem first, with enough context to act.

What you get

Deliverables, not slideware.

Statistical anomaly detection on key metrics

Monitoring of traffic, conversions and funnel steps

Alerts that fire on real problems, not noise

Early warning before a client sees the dip

Context with each alert, so you can act fast

Protection for everything Signal and Pixel built

The same incident on one timeline, twice. On the top row tracking breaks and nothing in the report says so, until the client eventually asks why conversions are down. On the bottom row the same break triggers an alert the same day, and the stretch between the two is the time you get back.

Questions

What agencies ask about it.

How is this different from a simple threshold alert?

Threshold alerts fire constantly on normal variation and get muted. Statistical detection learns each metric’s normal range, so an alert means something genuinely changed.

What does it monitor?

Traffic, conversions and funnel steps per client. If a conversion type stops firing or a funnel step collapses, it surfaces immediately.

Where do alerts go?

Wherever your team already works, so the warning reaches a human who can act, not an inbox nobody checks.

Do we need the other products?

No, but Alert is most valuable protecting a Signal and Pixel setup. It keeps what you built working after it goes live.

What it does not do.

It does not stop tracking from breaking. It makes sure you are the one who notices, before the client does.

It tells you that something changed and where, not why. The diagnosis is still a person’s job.

It is not another dashboard to check. If nothing is wrong you hear nothing.

It does not fire on every wobble. Suppressing the noise is the feature, and it means a quiet week is information too.

How do you know your tracking broke before the client does?

How do you know your tracking broke before the client does?

A tracking break makes no error, only a smaller number. Why silent data loss reaches the client report before it reaches yours.

Is that conversion drop seasonality or a real problem?

A dip can be August, a broken tag, or a report that is not finished yet. The order you check in decides how fast you know.

Every release quietly moves something your tracking depends on. Why nothing errors, and what actually catches it in time.

See what you’re losing.

We map where conversion data goes missing across your client accounts, and show what recovering it would be worth. Not a demo, not a sales call.
