The next step
Archon Pixel is marketing intelligence an agency runs for its clients. Most reporting stops at clicks, visits and what the ad platforms claim. Archon Pixel shows, per client, which pages, channels and campaigns produce real customers and real margin. Your team stops guessing and starts steering, and every screen ends in a next step.
The demo opens straight away, no form and no call.
The demo
Click through it yourself
One fictional client, five screens, about two minutes. Every screen asks one business question, answers it, and points at what to do next. Pick the client type that looks most like the ones you run.
Archon Intent
Who is warm right now?
Visitors close to a quote request, and the ones you can stop paying for
Warm visitors

Ready for a call
9 (healthy)
Already customers, still in campaigns

Warm visitors
Sorted by intent score
Nine visitors are warm enough to call this week, and six people you already sold to are still being advertised at. Call the nine, and take the six out of the campaigns.
The numbers are made up. The screens, the questions and the answers are the real thing.
What the screens answer
Archon Impact
Which pages quietly bring in the requests?
Archon Impact shows which quiet pages sit behind the requests, so content gets the credit and a direction for the next piece. The busiest page is usually not the best page.
Cost per customer
What does a real customer cost per channel?
Not cost per click, not cost per enquiry. Cost per customer who was actually approved, shipped or booked, which quietly reorders your channels.
Archon Intent
Which visitors are worth calling first?
Archon Intent puts warm visitors in priority order, with the reason they are warm. People who already bought get taken out of the campaigns.
Margin view
Where does the money actually stay?
Revenue and margin rarely rank the same. You see what is left after returns, refunds and costs, and the budget can follow the earner.
One product, every client type
Agencies rarely serve one kind of client, and most tools make you choose. Here the client view swaps, the questions stay the same. Pick the client type that fits and the demo opens on it.
Leadgen clients
A heating and heat pump installer that lives on enquiries and quotes. See which content brings the requests, which visitors are warm enough to call today, and what an approved job really costs per channel.

Ecommerce clients
A home and living webshop. See which products still earn after returns, which bestseller quietly gives its margin back, and what a profitable order costs per channel.

Hospitality and leisure clients
Example: vacation rentals
A coastal cottage business with weeks to fill. See which periods are nearly full and still take budget, which cottages earn after costs, and who is searching for the weeks that stay empty.

How it sits with your agency
You stay the agency. Archon Labs builds it, runs it and keeps it running in the background, under your flag.
01
Your client keeps talking to your team. It is white-label friendly, so it runs under your name, in the client’s own environment. Nobody has to know who built the plumbing, and most agencies present it as part of their own service.
02
Your marketers get credit, not blame
Content finally gets shown for what it brought in, including the quiet pages nobody was defending. Campaigns get better feedback about which visitors turned into real customers, so the channels buy better. Nobody gets replaced, everybody gets sharper.
03
A different discipline, not a missing skill
This is the rung above what your own marketer or web developer builds, and it is a different craft, not a gap in your team. You do not have to build it to be able to offer it. You bring the answers, we keep the machinery upright.
04
You move from executing to steering
Instead of a list of things you did last month, you walk into the client review with a substantiated next step and the reason behind it. That is a different conversation, and it is the one that gets budget approved.
05
You get harder to swap out
An agency that can show what marketing delivered in customers and margin is not the one that gets replaced by a cheaper quote at the next pitch. And the data stays in a place the client owns, so nothing is held hostage. You earn the seat on merit, not on lock-in.
Before and after
The questions you could not answer before
No new tool for your team to learn. The same questions your clients already ask, finally with an answer you can act on.
Which pages actually bring in the requests?
You see visits and time on page, so the busiest page gets the credit by default.
You see which pages sit behind the requests, including the quiet ones, and where the next piece of content should go.
What does a customer cost per channel?
You see cost per click and cost per lead, and the cheapest channel looks like the best one.
You see what an approved customer costs per channel, and the ranking of your channels changes.
Which leads should sales call first?
Everything lands in one inbox in the order it arrived, and the loudest lead wins.
Warm visitors come out in priority order, and the people who already bought stop being advertised at.
Which products or units make the money?
Revenue per product, with returns and costs sitting in a different system nobody opens.
Profit after returns and costs, per product, so the budget can follow the earner instead of the bestseller.
Where should next month’s budget go?
A judgement call, defended with platform numbers the client half believes.
A next step you can point at, backed by the client’s own numbers.
What do we bring to the client review?
A list of what the agency did last month.
A substantiated next step, the reason behind it, and what you expect it to do.
The next step
Tell us what kind of clients you run and we look at whether this fits. If it does not fit yet, you hear that too.
No spam, no sequence, one reply.
No sales call. In 20 minutes we look at your logical next step, even if that’s: do nothing yet.
You get one reply with a couple of times that work. Nothing else.
Questions
What agency owners ask us first
What is Archon Pixel?
Archon Pixel is marketing intelligence that an agency runs for its clients. It shows, per client, what marketing actually delivers in real customers and margin, instead of clicks, visits and platform-claimed conversions. Archon Labs builds it and runs it, and every screen answers one business question and points at a next step.
Is this a tool my team has to learn?
No. Archon Labs sets up and runs Archon Pixel for you, so your team gets answers rather than another login to master. If somebody on your team wants to dig around themselves they can, but nothing depends on it.
Does this replace our marketers or content team?
Archon Pixel makes them stronger. It gives content the credit for the pages that quietly bring in requests, and it gives campaigns better feedback about which visitors became real customers. Your people keep making the calls, with better information in front of them.
Do my clients see Archon Labs?
Your clients see Archon Labs only if you want them to. Archon Pixel is white-label friendly, each client measures in their own account, and most agencies present it as part of their own service under their own name. Archon Labs works for the agency, not around it.
Our clients already have GA4 and dashboards. Why add this?
Dashboards are good at clicks, visits and what the ad platforms claim. Archon Pixel answers a different question: which pages, campaigns and searches produced approved customers, orders after returns, and margin. Different question, different answer, and the two sit next to each other without a fight.
How long before there is something to look at?
First screens within a few weeks. Archon Pixel keeps getting better the longer it runs, because the history keeps building in a place your client owns. There is no big project to sit through before the first answers arrive.
What happens if we stop?
Everything stays with your client. Archon Pixel keeps the data in a place the client owns, so the history does not walk out of the door with the contract. Nothing is held hostage, which is also why you never have to sell it as a lock-in.
We are a smaller agency. Is this worth it for us?
Usually yes, and the honest way to find out is to run Archon Pixel on one client first. Look at the first real numbers together and decide on evidence instead of a pitch. If the check says the timing is wrong for you, Archon Labs will say so.
What happens in the 20-minute meeting?
No sales call. In 20 minutes Archon Labs looks at your client mix and your logical next step, even if that next step is: do nothing yet. You leave with a straight answer either way, and you decide what happens after that.
Under the hood it runs on a Google BigQuery foundation your client owns, it connects to your own reporting, and it feeds better conversion signals back to the ad channels. Happy to go into that in the meeting.
