The problem
GA4 was never your source of truth.
GA4 samples data, keeps it for 14 months, and applies quota limits the moment a client gets big. Metric logic ends up scattered across calculated fields, so the same number differs per person and per day.
You can’t build a business on a dashboard that disagrees with itself. The raw events need to land somewhere you own, unsampled and complete.
How it works
Three steps, no mystery.
01
Capture first-party
A lightweight pixel collects every event, first-party, no sampling.
02
Land it in BigQuery
Raw events stream straight into a warehouse you own and control.
03
Define metrics in code
One agreed definition per metric, versioned, not buried in a UI.
What you get
Deliverables, not slideware.

Questions
What agencies ask about it.
Isn’t the free GA4 BigQuery export enough?
The native export helps, but it still inherits GA4’s collection gaps and identity stitching. Archon Pixel fixes what is collected in the first place, so what reaches BigQuery is complete.
Do we need to replace GA4?
No. Most clients keep GA4 for its interface. Archon Pixel becomes the source of truth underneath it, so the numbers finally reconcile.
Who owns the data?
You do. It lands in your client’s BigQuery project. There is no lock-in and nothing hostage in our systems.
Can our analysts still use Looker Studio?
Yes. Anything that reads BigQuery works, Looker Studio, Sheets, notebooks, or an MCP-based AI tool via Archon AI.
